Hey! I'm Matt.
I use AI to build websites designed for the way people search today.
Websites, search visibility, and content for small businesses that want one person to own the whole process, from first idea to launch.
A bit
about me
10+ years in marketing. I've loved it. But even now, getting something shipped to a high standard takes far too long.
AI changed that. It accelerates everything, and knowing how to actually use it is make or break. So that's what I've dedicated myself to.
Add real SEO and AI search experience and you get a site that looks great in a fraction of the time, built for how people search now.

How I work
You've got a business to run. You shouldn't need to understand AI, SEO, or code to get a website that works. That's where I come in.
I build it for you
I take your current website to the next level, apply all SEO and AI search best practices, and wire everything up.
I check every detail
AI moves fast, but it isn't always right. I read, test, and fix everything myself before it ever reaches you.
We go live
No account managers, no handovers, no chasing anyone for updates. Just one person who's already taken care of it.
What I offer
Most of it works best together, but every piece stands on its own: the full system, or just the part you need.
Custom-built website
A fast, accessible website built from scratch, no theme, no drag-and-drop compromises.
Built to get found
Technical SEO, structured data, and content designed to appear in Google results and AI answers.
Written around real search data
Guides and pages built on actual keyword research, not filler. Content that keeps earning traffic.
Set up to keep growing
Analytics, tracking, and conversion improvements so you know what's working after launch.
What it costs
No hourly billing, no mystery. Every project is a fixed price, agreed up front, so you know the number before anything starts. Here are honest ranges to set expectations:
A fast, custom-built site with SEO and schema markup baked in from day one.
A one-off foundation: technical SEO, structured data, and the setup to get found in Google and AI answers.
Keyword-researched guides written to earn traffic and get quoted by AI. Packs of three work out cheaper.
Analytics, tracking, and conversion tweaks on the site I build, so you can see what's working after launch.
Website, SEO, content, and growth setup bundled together, the whole system working as one, for less than the parts add up to.
These are starting ranges, not a fixed menu. Bigger or more complex jobs cost more, and I'll always give you the exact number in writing before you commit to anything.

Is your website working as hard as you are?
Paste your web address and I'll run a real check for free: technical health, how easily Google & AI can read you, and the on-page basics. Then I'll show you exactly what I'd fix.
Takes up to ~30 seconds. I run it against Google's real page audit.
What I'm actually checking
- Your homepage, plus a few key pagesContact, about and booking, wherever they exist. Most of the real problems live off the homepage, not on it.
- Google's own speed & mobile testThe same audit Google uses to judge your site. A slow, clunky mobile experience loses visitors and gets ranked lower.
- What search engines and AI actually readYour page titles, headings, and the behind-the-scenes info that tells them what you do and who you do it for.
- Whether people can actually reach youA working phone number, address, and a clear way to get in touch. This is what turns a visit into an enquiry.
Common questions
Is the website actually built by AI?
Yes. I direct an AI coding agent (Claude Code) through the real build: the code, schema markup, and copy drafts. I review, test, and correct every line myself before anything ships.
Will my website show up in ChatGPT and AI search?
That's a big part of what I build for. Tools like ChatGPT, Google's AI answers, and Perplexity mostly quote sources they can read clearly: your website, your listings, and content that plainly answers real questions. I build with clean structure, schema markup, and question-led content, so you're the kind of source they can pull from. No one can guarantee a specific AI will name you, but most small-business sites are invisible to these tools by default, and that's very fixable.
What's the difference between SEO and AI search optimisation?
They overlap more than they differ. Traditional SEO gets you ranking in Google's blue links; AI search optimisation makes sure assistants like ChatGPT and Google's AI answers can read, understand, and quote your site. Both rest on the same foundations (clear structure, schema markup, fast pages, and content that answers real questions), so I treat them as one job, not two. Do it properly and you show up in both.
Do I have to hire you for everything, or can I just get one part done?
Either. The full system works best together, but I also take on single pieces: just a new website, just SEO, whatever you actually need.
How is this different from a website builder like Wix or Squarespace?
Those build a page from a template. I build a custom website from scratch, with SEO structure and schema markup built in from day one, not bolted on after.
Do you only work with businesses in the UK?
My work so far has focused on UK small businesses, but the process works the same wherever you're based. Get in touch and we can talk about your project.
How much does this cost?
I put real numbers on the page (see the "What it costs" section): websites £1,500–£3,500, SEO foundations £500–£1,200, content £150–£350 per guide, and the full package £3,000–£5,500. Every project gets a fixed price agreed up front, never hourly, so you know the exact number before you commit.
How long does a project take?
It varies, but directing an AI agent through the build usually means a faster turnaround than a traditional agency process. I'll give you a realistic timeline once I know what you need.
